Step by step
Each step below is what actually happens, in order.
- You send a request. The form asks for your name, email, phone, the kind of consultation you want, and a short message. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.
- We pass your request to a hair and scalp provider in or near Las Vegas. We do not examine, diagnose or recommend anything.
- The provider contacts you by phone, text or email to set up a consultation. You can ask about cost and what the visit involves before you agree.
- At the consultation, a licensed provider looks at your hair and scalp and decides what is suitable. You decide whether to go ahead, now, later or never.
Before your consultation
Once a provider has been in touch and you have a time set, a little preparation helps. Write down when you first noticed the change, what you have tried, and any medicines you take. Photos of your hair from a few months or years ago can be useful. Bring your questions, too.
At the visit, a licensed provider decides what is suitable. You can leave without agreeing to anything and take as long as you need to decide.
How to withdraw your request
Sending a request gives consent for a provider to contact you about it. You can take that back. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts, or write to the email address listed on the privacy page to withdraw your consent, correct your details, or ask for them to be deleted.
For reference, what we pass to the provider is your name, email, phone, chosen service and message. Nothing else from the form is shared.
Write down what you have noticed, then send it to a local hair and scalp provider.
